Mr. Yener teaches Computer Science at St. Joseph’s Academy, and has been on the faculty since 2013. He holds degrees in Mathematics and Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and has a broad range of computer programming experience in various professional and educational contexts.
In addition to his work at Saint Joe’s, Mr. Yener is pursuing a graduate degree in Engineering Mechanics at Penn State. He also directs a choir, the Saint Benedict Schola Cantorum, specializing in Gregorian Chant and Renaissance polyphony. Mr. Yener is profoundly grateful for the opportunity to teach in the faith-based environment here at Saint Joe’s and to share with the students his love of computers, math, and problem solving.
