As Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy looks to the future, changes have been made to how full tuition cost is listed
Although in the past, we have listed our tuition as $9,200, the true, per-student cost to educate a student at Saint Joseph's is $18,000. Each year our school has provided each student $8,800 of funding from various sources. In the past, we did not include list this funding as line items in our tuition cost or on our tuition statements.
For the 2022-2023 school year
For the 2022-2023 school year, our tuition statements will list tuition as $18,000. Here is an example chart that shows how the tuition will be reported beginning 2022-2023 academic year.
*These are example amounts for illustrative purposes. The amount you receive for financial assistance may be higher or lower depending on your STS Financial Aid application.
How to receive the Saint Joseph's Scholarship
Parent obligations will remain consistent, with every Saint Joseph's student eligible for a $8,800 Saint Joseph’s scholarship. In order to receive the $8,800 scholarship, a student's family must either apply for financial aid (through STS) or participate in the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program. Use the orange buttons to learn more about these programs or to begin the application process.
Toward the future
We have and will continue to work so that parent contributions remain unchanged through contributions through the EITC program, on-going fundraising, and donor gifts. If you have any questions, contact the school office at firstname.lastname@example.org or 814-808-6118.
