How to Submit Your Student's Application
Follow the following steps to complete the new student application process:

  1. Create a Finalsite parent account (click orange link below).
  2. Complete the online application and submit the $50.00 application fee through the Finalsite system.
  3. If you have not already, contact the school office the school office at sjca@sjcacademy.org or (814) 808-6118 to schedule a Meet and Greet for you and your student.  When school is in session, applicants may also come to the school for a Student Experience Day.
  4. Provide your student's transcripts and grade reports from his/her current school.  Your student may bring these with him/her to the Meet and Greet or Student Experience Day.

What Happens Next?
Once the steps above are completed, your student's application materials will be reviewed by our Admissions team. Accepted students will receive a formal letter of acceptance by mail and be invited to an accepted students event.  At this event  students will meet faculty and other incoming students, tour the classrooms, and make course selections.  They will also learn more about how to get involved in extracurricular activities such as athletics teams and the school musical.
