Be Ready To Succeed

Standardized Testing

Below are links websites at which you can learn about and register for common standardized tests that may be required for your college applications, including the PSAT, PSAT, and ACT.  There are pros and cons for taking each test.  Saint Joseph's students are welcome to meet with Saint Joseph's faculty to discuss which tests are best for their college plans.  Click on the links to learn more about each test or to register.

Advanced Placement Testing

Students who take AP courses may take AP examinations, which are offered by the College Board.  Scoring well on AP exams can enable students to earn college credit and/or advanced placement at many colleges and universities.  Click on the button below to learn more about the AP testing process and test dates.

Help Paying for College

Below are links to websites with college cost calculators and important information and applications for financial assistance for college.  One of the most important steps is filling out the FAFSA.  Students who will be attending a college in PA should also consider filling out the PHEAA.
