Partnerships can help Saint Joseph's students meet their academic goals

Saint Joseph's has formal relationships with area colleges and universities, to enable Saint Joseph's students to better meet their post secondary educational goals.  These relationships are called articulation agreements. Below is information about Saint Joseph's current partners:

Saint Francis University
St. Francis University's P.E.A.C.E. program (Partnership for Excellence in the Advancement of Catholic Education) is designed to help students continue their Catholic education beyond high school. This program offers Saint Joseph's students dual enrollment courses, discounts on STEAM academies, summer study programs, preferred college acceptance, guaranteed scholarships, and more.  To learn more go to www.francis.edu/peace-program

Duquesne University
Saint Joseph's with the support of the Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown has an agreement with Duquesne University to offer an automatic scholarship to Catholic school students.  At this time, Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy students, upon graduation, who attend Duquesne University, are automatically given a $4500.00 scholarship, per year, for continuing their Catholic education.  For more information about this program, Saint Joseph's students should contact the school office.

Mount Aloysius
Saint Joseph's is a participant in Mount Aloysius' College in High School Program. Through this program Saint Joseph's students may earn college credits for completing courses at Saint Joseph's that are affiliated with courses offered at Mount Aloysius. The course offerings vary each year, based on teacher availability, as well as student enrollment and interest. For more information about this program, Saint Joseph's students should contact the school office.
